Baseagency Inc., a real-estate and property development subsidiary brand of LIme Holdings has launched a new scheme to help first-time players get started on Cubeville.

The Lime Holdings company, Baseagency, known for its many other services such as so-called 'Home Recycling', and custom builds, launched a scheme targeted at first time players of Cubeville, who wouldn't have an established base. This is to help create a community setting for new players who have just joined the server.
Baseagency Inc.
Baseagency was set up in CV6 to help new players get homes, and limit overcrowding in drops. The comapny's first major scheme was 'home recycling', where they would help an already established player sell starter bases that they have moved from.
This was an ultimately successful business, providing new players with homes, and helping older players save money. The business went on to set up services such as custom house building, where the player decided the price, then Baseagency would make the build within a budget. This new venture was announced in Mid-April 2022 by their owner, FredLime.
How will this help new players?
When first joining, new players have limited funds and resources to build, and being new, they may not know where the best place in the community to build their home is.
This company aims to tackle this by providing a free social-housing scheme where new players can apply for an apartment, close to others in a popular area of the map; the South-West drop. Using apartments means a rise in chance for interaction and community-building through those who live in the complex, compared to a standard home.
Will the simplistic, brutalist styling work effectively?
The apartments are not quartz mansions, nor cobblestone and dirt. A basic modernist approach was taken by Baseagency for the construction of this project.
The style and shape is relatively modern, reminiscent of a style of concrete structure known as 'brutalism', seen in the 1960s and 1970s.
The building, rather than extremely pretty, is meant to be functional and constructivist - it is there for use and function, rather than extreme style or prettiness.
The Future of Baseagency Inc.
In the future, Baseagency is looking forward to continuing with its current services, and even launching new ones based on what is needed at the time. As more people join, there will be even more homes to sell and reuse.
